Follow the following steps:
1-Downlod Ultrasurf [If You are on Desktop]
Download UltraSurf From HERE
2-Download any VPN software if you are on mobile [Ex. VPN Master]
3-Open Ultrasurf or VPN in background by just double click on it
You'll see something like below picture:
4-Now reopen that like which was not working earlier and your link will open without any problem.
